This policy applies to purchases made directly via our website (including workshops, events, digital downloads, and any physical materials we may offer from time to time).

Digital products (e.g., PDFs, guides, toolkits)
- Refunds within 14 days of purchase if the files have not been downloaded or accessed.
- If access occurred, refunds are generally not available; however, contact us and we will review case-by-case for defective or misdescribed items.
Workshops, courses, events
- Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the start date.
- 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before the start date.
- No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the start date, but you may request a seat transfer to another person or a later date (subject to availability).
- If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or a free transfer to a new date.
Physical products (if offered)
- Return within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging for a refund of the product price.
- Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item is defective or misdescribed.
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
3) How to request a refund or return

- For physical returns, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
- For digital items, we may ask you to certify that you have deleted all copies and will no longer access the files.
4) Processing time and method
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Bank processing times may vary. We will notify you once the refund is issued.
5) Exchanges
Where available, we can exchange a defective item for the same item. For workshops, we may transfer your seat to another date or participant (subject to availability and timelines stated above).
6) Late or missing refunds
- Check your bank or eWallet again, then contact your payment provider.

7) Abuse and fair use
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse (e.g., repeated refunds after full use or access) or suspected fraud, consistent with applicable laws.
